Wine & Gin Weekend

Day 1

Morning departure to Windsor arriving after lunch. The afternoon is free to explore the royal 
borough. See the magnificent Castle, the oldest and largest occupied castle in the world, and 
peruse the stylish boutiques. Later we continue to the hotel. Tonight we have a private dinner 
and wine tasting.
Passion for wine has no limits. Join fellow wine enthusiasts at this tasting in which you'll be 
sampling some delicious hand-picked wines from all over the world. You will be treated to a 
glorious dinner and a wine professional will pair a delicious wine with each course and explain 
its history and the reasons he has chosen that particular wine. At the end of the meal you will 
be able to sample more wines and chat to the expert and purchase the wine of your choice at a 
special price. Whether you are a wine connoisseur or just a wine lover, a wine-tasting party is 
fun for everyone from novices to sophisticated wine drinkers

Day 2

Today we visit Hampton Court Palace. Experience the public dramas and private lives of Henry 
VIII, his wives and children in the world of the Tudor court. Admire Henry’s Great Hall and 
Tudor kitchens. Discover the spectacular baroque palace built for William III and Mary II and 
explore Hampton Court Palace’s outdoor spaces and 60 acres of magnificent gardens. Tonight 
we have another private dinner and gin experience.
Before your three course dinner you will receive a complimentary G&T. After the meal is a 
fun and informative talk given by a representative from a world famous distillery. Learn all 
about the distillery and how they make their award winning gins, liqueurs and vodka. At the 
end of the evening you will get the chance to sample and if you wish, purchase a bottle to take 
home. Guests can keep their Silent Pool Gin Glass. A fun evening for all gin lovers! 

Day 3

After a leisurely breakfast, check out of the hotel and make our way to Denbies Vineyard. The 50-minute vineyard tour, with commentary, shows us some of the most beautiful viewing points in the vineyard. Included is a glass of Denbies Award winning Sparkling Cuvee.
