Chester & North Wales

The North of Wales is a popular tourist destination and this tour will show why. We visit an historic castle, Victorian seaside resort and a wonderfully restored hidden garden.

Day 1

Morning departure from your local pickup point to Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet. Here you will have a few hours for lunch (not included) and shopping. Mid afternoon we continue to the hotel.

Day 2

We start the day at Penrhyn Castle, a nineteenth century castle overlooking the Menai Strait. We continue to Plas Cadnant, a beautifully restored award winning garden. A light soup and sandwich lunch is included. We end the day in Beaumaris. This is a picturesque seaside town on the Isle of Anglesey.

Day 3

The morning is in Mold for the weekly market. The traditional market has over 70 stalls in the High Street selling everything you need for the home and garden. In the afternoon we visit Llandudno. The town has retained much of its Victorian charm with an elegant promenade where you can soak up the panoramic views.

Day 4

Full day in Chester. The historic city has so much to offer visitors. Marvel at the 1000 year old cathedral, learn more about the city in one of the many museums or indulge in some retail therapy with an abundance of boutiques and high street favourites.

Day 5

After a leisurely start to the day we make our way home calling at Bury for the World Famous Market. Voted Britain’s favourite market with an unbeatable range of products and facilities.

Beaufort Park Hotel

This 3 star hotel is located just a short drive from the historic market town of Mold set in the attractive North Wales countryside. All rooms are ensuite and have TV, telephone and free WiFi. Please note the hotel does not have a lift but does have plenty of ground floor rooms with the remainder being on the first floor.
